Upgrades from Creality, The Cat Allocation System, and Breaking my Hand.
My Representative at Creality sent me a box of upgrades recently. the box included a 40 watt laser module that is a drop in upgrade for my Falcon 2 laser engraver. they also sent me one of their new ferret pro 3d scanners with the new WiFi Bridge. The final item in my care package was a camera for my K1 printer.
you may have noticed I took a couple of weeks off of making videos. during that time I put my prosthetic hand through its paces and found the working limit of Pa-12. once again i found that plastic, even engineering grade plastic is a poor choice to make fingers out of. this prompted me to finally pull the trigger on having PCBway print me a full set of fingers in Aluminum. the parts should show up in a couple of weeks. hopefully it is awesome!
