This video shares some insights into motion tween animating with just a few drawings. The big idea is to plan out the performance, while illustrating the essential images. You later go back and embellish with some motion tween animation (squash, stretch, anticipation, etc.).

There are a million sneeze GIFs online so I encourage you to look those up before trying this out. Also, watch video 17 for breaking down poses if you don't know how to do motion tween animation.
