Finding Books Locally
This video shows the interior space of various libraries in the Glendale, California area. My hope is that people watching this video will be inspired to find books locally, either at a comic shop or at a library.
Idea Behind This Video
While the Internet is an incredible tool, I feel that it filters information in a way that prevents artists from getting some of the best content. There's something magical about going into a quiet library and immersing yourself in the chase to find an incredible book.
It's unfortunate that communities on a global scale do not have equal access to knowledge and resources. With that in mind, I hope to encourage you to do the best you can to collect learning experiences. There is a ton of great content online, however libraries offer chances for you to curate your own learning experience. And if you can get to a large city, with greater access and funding for books, I think you can have a wider spread to gain knowledge.
