Hey folks,
This video is an introductory lesson on layout design and camera moves in Storyboard Pro.

Topics covered include level of detail, value contrast, and layer speed when emulating a camera move. I have included a link to the original opening shot of Belle in the 1991 release of Beauty and the Beast. During the video, I describe aspects that the original filmmakers included to create the dynamic shot. Make sure to check out the video in its entirety if you're not familiar with it.

Animation Challenge - Find a shot from a film you like and recreate the shot with a multiplane background and camera moves.
