How to solve the tineco cordless vacuum brush roller not spinning issue.
I have listed 5 tips to solve this issue.
1) Clean the brush roller
Take out the brush roller and clean it.
2) Connect the brush roller directly to the vacuum
This step can help to isolate if the issue was due to the faulty vacuum wand
3) Testing the voltage output from the tineco vacuum
I recorded a spike in voltage around 18V then the voltage would slowly decrease which is normal
4) Test the connectivity of the pin on the wand
Set the multimeter to "Connectivity" mode. Test the pin on the wand, it should give "beep" sound to indicate the connectivity
5) Use a DC power supply to test brush roller motor
My tineco vacuum A12 brush roller motor needs 21.6V and 0.28A to work correctly. Connecr the brush roller pin directly to the DC power supply. Set the voltage and current of the DC power supply to 21.6V and 0.28A. The brush roller motor should start rolling if it works correctly.
