RNA Sequencing Prep Kits: Improving Efficiency in Pathogen Detection
For this project, we were tasked with creating an animation that showcases our client’s RNA sequencing preparation kit.
With the continuously evolving viral pathogens, widespread sequencing plays a crucial role in infectious disease research. Our client offers an RNA sequencing library preparation kit which enables sample preparation in as little as one day.
A significant advantage of this product lies in its superior detection sensitivity, capable of detecting as low as 500 copies of viral RNA from a patient's sample.
The kit uses our client's proprietary technologies to yield consistent results from challenging samples, including nasal swabs.
The kit's technology streamlines the initial transcript amplification step, suppresses human ribosomal RNA, and eliminates the need for specialized primers or probes.
The end result is a sequencer-ready library, capable of sensitive detection of pathogens and the delivery of the complete pathogen sequence, along with any other transcripts present in the sample.
