The use of reagents for sequencing workflow is explained in this biotech animation developed by our team.

Our client's TotalSeq reagents seamlessly integrate into the CITE-Seq workflow and work with various droplet-based single-cell sequencing methods like the 10X Genomics Platform or DROP-Seq, as well as REAP-Seq.

Cells are incubated with TotalSeq antibodies, washed, and then undergo single-cell RNA-Seq protocol via droplet seperation, reverse transcription, followed by cDNA amplification.

Separating TotalSeq antibody-derived tags (ADTs) from cDNA during library preparation ensures reliable proteomics and genomics data.

The small size of TotalSeq barcodes allows easy separation, and the resulting libraries can be pooled for optimal read depth in both proteomics and transcriptomic.

After sequencing, standard bioinformatics analysis reflects protein identity and abundance based on TotalSeq barcode reads.
