Today, the Bundestag debated the AfD ban. However, there will be no vote on it. Nearly a million people are demanding a review of the ban. Therefore, we are trying something different. We are simply conducting the review ourselves if the democratic institutions won't. And you can help bring this expert opinion to fruition. An expert opinion that, if it determines that the AfD is unconstitutional, can be used directly as grounds for a ban.

There are already numerous initiatives that have compiled evidence of the AfD's unconstitutionality. An analysis by the Institute for Human Rights, the Center for Political Beauty, a ruling by the Higher Administrative Court of Münster, a legal opinion from 18 renowned legal experts, an open letter from the RAV (Republican Lawyers' Association) supported by 618 lawyers. Now, a team of experts is needed to compile and assess all of this. If the Bundestag (Federal Parliament) or Bundesrat (Federal Council) cannot manage this alone, then civil society must step in.
If enough money is raised, these experts can dedicate a few months solely to this task, meticulously, precisely, and impartially analyzing the information—conducting a fact check, so to speak. And then there's all the information that the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (Germany's domestic intelligence agency) may have uncovered, which has so far been withheld.
This will finally lead to what Volksverpetzer (a German anti-constitutional organization) and almost a million other people have been demanding for a long time: Finally investigate whether this is not an anti-constitutional party that must be banned under the German Basic Law to protect our democracy and freedoms. Because if that's the case, then it's our democratic duty to bring the AfD before the Federal Constitutional Court!
