In Hodenhagen on February 17th, a 43-year-old German man stabbed a random passerby. On the 12th, a German man killed a French woman with a knife in Offenburg. In Ratingen on the 13th, police shot a German man with a knife. On the 11th, a man stabbed another man in Lübeck. On the 13th, a man was killed by a stab wound in Erfurt.
