Ontario's Herons Slide Talk Images

Great Blue Heron
Green Heron
Black-crowned Nightheron
Great Egret

The Cattle egret does not breed in Ontario (yet) but during late summer they will head north.
The Sandhill Crane and the Great Blue Heron are often mis-identified by people. The heron is often called a crane. They are not closely related as the talk points out.
