The fingered dragonet (Dactylopus dactylopus) is a species of fish that is usually found in sandy areas. Its name comes from the fact that it has "fingers" (located in front of its pectoral fins) that it uses to crawl and sift through sand. This particular individual was spotted in about 8 meters of water at the Angel's Cove dive site, Talikud Island, Samal, Philippines.
