Excel Filter Tips and Tricks
If you are not using filter, you should be!
Highlight your table of data, go to the Data tab and click the filter icon.
It creates a filter at the top of each of the columns.
When you click on one of these it shows you all the unique items listed anywhere in that column.
You can turn them off, select 1 or 2 or whatever you like and hit ok and it filters out only those rows of data that match that filter.
You can also use the drop-down box to sort data in various ways such as lowest to highest.
