#2 I'm really enjoying learning about the neuroscience of learning/motor learning, I'm trying to bring you useful information without over-stepping and saying things I don't know to be true! It's a wildly broad subject, if you have questions/clarifications you'd like, please ask in the comments and that will help me to improve the detail where it's needed.
#3 The book I referred to is 'uncommon sense teaching', I'm also taking information from a bunch of other sources related to motor learning and neural science. 'principles of neural science sixth edition', 'skill acquisition in sport third edition', 'the brain that changes itself', and a bunch of articles online.
