Percussion Programming

Percussion is a big part of film music whether it's small individual elements or huge action cues. The important part is keeping it interesting. This is part 1 in a multi-part video that will cover percussion sound creation, programming tips, effects and mixing techniques I use in my own work. In this part I walk you through taking simple sound sources and tweaking, treating, and effecting them until they're something fresh and unique to you. The goal? Get you thinking outside the box.
