TOP 3 PVP BUILDS | The Division | PATCH 1.8.3
Combination 1:
2 Predator + 2 Banshee + Ninja Backpack + Reckless = 26% extra damage.
Now this combination is extremely strong. And it looks good on paper. However, the damage from Banshee depends upon enemies being out of cover also having Reckless as your cheats piece increases incoming damage by 10% which can make you extremely squishy. Unless of course you really know how to dodge bullets you’re going to be quite vulnerable. So I will put this build as my 3rd choice.
Combination 2:
2 Predator + 2 Alpha + Ninja + Reckless = 21% Extra Damage
This is tier 2 build in my opinion with only one trade-off and that is Reckless will make you squishy. And you will find yourself getting dropped again and again.
Combination 1:
5 Predator + Reckless = 24% Extra damage
In my opinion this is the strongest build in the game. And the reason for it being strongest is that it doesn’t contain any gears that activate under certain situations. Although, it’s damage seems to be 2% less than Pred-Banshee combination, it deals more damage in all situations. This build is extremely deadly if you roll Crit Damage on your BackPack and KneePads and Crit Chance everywhere else.
Crit Chance and Crit Damage are most important factors in dealing damage in this game so you have to make sure that you spec them everywhere you find them.
If you have 60% Crit Chance which is a Crit Cap, then it means that while shooting every 10 bullets you will have 6 of them applying Critical Damage and they appear as golden numbers on the screen. This is where Critical Damage comes into equation. If your Crit Chance is too high but not Crit Damage then your likelihood of applying critical damage is low.
