The score used in this video is the Eulenberg edition. It is in the public domain, and was downloaded from imslp.org.
While I was preparing for this video, I noticed that the pdf scan was a little messy (after all, it is 12 years old!) so I created a new 'processed' version on Scheherazade's IMSLP page, with much of the white space removed, and systems deskewed. (Just a little biproduct of this video, if you are interested!)

The audio used is from a recording released by the New York Philharmonic to commemorate their 175th anniversary, in 2017. It is still protected by copyright, however reuse has been fully licensed through YouTube's Content ID system. As such, you may see advertisements on this video, with any revenue going directly and automatically to the copyright holder.
(The recording was obtained from the 'New York Philharmonic - Topic' channel, collated automatically by YouTube.)
