My lathe WM210-V had crunchy bearings from the start, likely cause is sand blown in when the headstock was painted from inside in the factory.
Removing old bearings: • Removing mini lathe spindle bearings
New bearings are NSK 32010 but all mini lathes are different, you'll only known which ones you need once you measure them.
My motor has 3+5 leads and no control board these days supports that so I went for the widely available 750W sewing machine servo motor. It's noisy on low RPM and speed isn't infinitely variable (adjusts in steps) but I think it'll do for now.
