Removing 3D print adhesion layer
Adhesion layer helps a lot against PLA warping but on 0.6 nozzle it's thick and hard to remove with e.g. a chamfer tool, especially on black filament which turns white when stretched.
Using a trim router works wonders on parts like this where there's a vertical surface that the bit can ride on.
