I had my furnace and A/C replaced and am so happy. I was impressed from the get go when Jim came to give me a quote and explain all my options. Before I made my final decision I had to email Kim several times to answer a number of questions I had and she was so polite and took time to explain everything in great detail. The installers were outstanding!!! Courteous, professional, and also took time to answer some questions I had during the installation. They were extremely respectful of my house and did an awesome clean up!!! Kim and Jim( owners of the company) arrived at the end of the installation to do a final check to make sure installation was to their satisfaction, which to me adds that extra dimension of caring. It is so refreshing to have found a company that not only cares about their clients but also does and excellent job at a reasonable price!!! I would recommend this company to all my friends!!!
