Honey for Allergies: Fact or Fiction Experiment
Honey for seasonal allergies is an interesting topic. I think for the most part it is a myth that maybe someone tried one year and had good luck. However, if the year was a light on pollen year due to drought or other outside factors, then the honey was merely a happy bystander. One thing is for sure though, it goes pretty well on cereal.
