Mask Making: „Dead by Daylight“ Scorched Ghostface Mask

Today we're making Ghostface's Scorched Mask from the „Dead by Daylight“ game. The mask was suggested by one of you awesome subscribers along with the matching knife we made last week.

Things are still a bit all over the place in my life, so I really needed a fun project to pick me up. This mask was just the thing. I struggled a day or so with wanting to make it completely from scratch versus not really having the energy to do so, and in the end I decided to be a bit kinder on myself and make it on a template mask.
If you want to remake this mask, you can use whatever template you like / can find, it doesn't have to be the exact same. We're building a relatively thick layer on top, so you can easily hide a sculpted nose, and the chin portion gets cut out anyway. So don't get disheartened if you don't have the exact same template,
It's not shown in the video, but please add your rubber band(s) of choice BEFORE you put on the packing paper. Forgot to film that – clearly, I'm a professional.
Even though I had to separate the knife and mask (it was planned to be one big video but clashed with my personal responsibilities), I had a lot of fun working on this project and it brought me well back into the swing of things. The next projects are already waiting and I finally got around to finalizing the Halloween setup for this year! :D
