In this video, I'll talk about how to target your video ads based on the language your video ads are in. The take-away is to target your video ads to the language that your video ad is in. The main reason to do this is so the people that watch your video can understand the language that it's in.
For example, you wouldn't want to target your English-speaking video ad to people that speak Spanish unless you know for sure that a large majority of the people are both English and Spanish-speaking (which is practically impossible to know).
If you want to be sure, simply target the language that your video is in. That's my opinion.
And obviously, there are edge-cases. For example, if your product teaches different languages, that's a good exception.
