The date of entrance examination for B.E.D, M.E.D. and B.H.E.D courses in higher educational institutions in the state has been changed However earlier this entrance exam would have been held on July 24 for BED, BHED and on July 25 for MED. But this exam will be held on 27th and 28th of this month. For this the admit card will be available on the Sams website from 22nd of this month. On the other hand 93 thousand 907 students have applied for 2 thousand 750 seats in 31 educational institutions of the state.
2. Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi has directed the District Magistrates to remove encroachments from government lands across the state. Chief Minister said, "Government lands are mainly used for development and public welfare work. Therefore he ordered the removal of encroachment in both urban and rural areas. Along with this after removing the encroachment, it has been ordered to fence it and put up a signboard in such a way that it is visible to everyone.
