Chunky Apple Cinnamon Mug Cake with Cookin' Amigo

6 T. flour
4 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 an egg**
2 T. applesauce
1 T. oil
1 T. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. chopped apples
**Either prepare two mug cakes or just dump the other half of the egg. How to get half an egg: Crack egg, beat it, and use approximately half of it.
Frosting:
1 T. cream cheese at room temperature
2 T. powdered sugar (I used about 3-4 because I over poured my milk - oops!)
1 tsp. milk
Prepare icing by whisking ingredients with fork until fairly smooth, then set aside.
In a large mug, mix dry ingredients very well. Add liquids and stir until wet.
Microwave on high for about 1 minute 50 seconds. Top with Icing and serve.
