Meat patties in guajillo chili sauce
Do you like meat patties? Or as we call them at home, "greñudas" (a type of Chilean pastry)? They're delicious!!
They're shredded beef wrapped in a fluffy egg with a rich guajillo chile sauce.

Ingredients:
1 kilo of beef brisket
1.5 liters of water
1 clove of garlic
1/2 onion
a few leaves of dried or fresh mint
650 grams of tomatoes
4 eggs
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
3 guajillo chiles
a little oil
salt to taste
