friendships and mental illness

this is just me rambling about how i've been feeling recently. mental illness hugely affects friendships and relationships and i've been feeling that a lot lately. i want to keep fighting so i can have a better life for myself; but you are worthy of love and happiness exactly as you are. take it step by step, hour by hour. i'm so proud of you, all my love xxx
