If you had a bad night sleep last night and you don't want brain fog, try this.
5-10 minutes of HIIT training.
Look usually I'm not a fan of HIIT, but some research has found that doing HIIT in a sleep deprived state can reverse some of the negative effects of sleep deprivation.
It can lower your blood glucose levels and likely reduce your brain fog.
I recommend a basic protocol on a bike to reduce the impact - 30 seconds max effort followed by 30 seconds of rest.
Repeat 5-10 times.
