230 g all-purpose common flour
130 g white sugar
3 medium eggs
150 ml vegetable oil
60 ml of milk (you can use what you have at home, I use semi-skimmed milk)
10 g of baking powder or baking powder (or 2 packets of El Tigre soda, but it will not be the same in texture or flavor)
1 pinch of salt
Zest of the peel of 1 lemon
