RoaB #17: Operating an OLED Display Module with Node-RED using a waveshare 0,91 inch as example

Sailboats are expensive. If you own an older boat, it is mainly the accessories.
The Raspberry PI mini computer is cheap and powerful. With some extra hardware, it can take over several tasks on a boat, like acting as a wireless access point, proving the plotter charts and software, collecting AIS information or multiplexing NMEA 0183 data.
This is part #17: We all love the Node-RED dashboard - but a nice little and cheap (below 7€) display is sometimes a massive help.
So, we will put a waveshare 0.91" display into operation. Using Node-RED.
We will utilize the results of part 16, forwarding voltage and current readings to our OLED.
