TAHAN - BS PSYCH 3B
This video portrays a student who has been struggling in different areas of her life such as online classes, work, financial problems, COVID-19 survivor in the family, fear of COVID-19, burnout and adjusting to New Normal. She started writing in her diary amidst the pandemic. She felt like giving up again and started to look back on her struggles and how she overcame and will overcome those. As she finishes her last entry in her diary, she feels hopeful once again and continues to live in the New Normal despite all her struggles. She knows she’s not alone, she knows that everybody has their own struggles too, and she, together with the BS Psychology 3B, hopes that everyone can also heal and recover as they transition to the New Normal, just like her. Sometimes, looking back at your struggles is not a bad thing, because you'll also remember how you overcame those and that brought you to where you are now. So if you're watching this now, keep on living because there are so much good things in life waiting for you.
