BAPTISMO - BS PSYCH 3F
Baptismo is a short video made through the collaborative efforts of BS Psy-3F within the bounds of their home. Its goal is to show the struggles and challenges that the students are facing with the new normal during this time of pandemic and how we are able to transition. The video presentation is a representation of how our current situation submerged us in the depths of the water. In Christianity, baptism is a symbolic practice of new beginnings and new life. We may feel stagnated, drowned, and dead but we will rise again. We will swim against the current and will continuously do it. We may have witnessed the setting of the sun but we will wait for its return. We believe in the power of our words and how they can change the way we feel, the way we view the situation in a new aspect, and the way it can encourage us. Baptismo, is the start, the change, and the healing that we all deserve. We wait till we reach the shore. But until then, we wrestle.
