“Daughter of Windber” is a music video featuring Mike Stout, composer, musician and performer. This video commemorates the life and accomplishments of Dr. Millie Beik, a Battle of Homestead Foundation (BHF) member. She was an accomplished university researcher, writer, and teacher, and during her retirement, was an active BHF member. She published two books, including the well-known book about her home in Windber, PA “The Miners of Windber”.
