Many watercolour artists have a problem with their paper buckling. Especially with botanical work as sometimes there are large areas with washes, and other areas that are not wet at all. This buckling is not pretty, and can be seen after framing. I always stretch my work after painting. This video will demonstrate how!

I'm a natural history illustrator living in Jerrabomberra, near Canberra, Australia. I've been painting botanical watercolours for many years and more recently insects. I teach painting both botanical and insects in watercolour. I'll be sharing with you some demonstration videos and time lapses of paintings I'm working on. Please subscribe if you'd like to keep up with material I'm adding. Thanks for visiting, I hope you enjoy my posts.
