Tower Cables: Install, Renew or Upgrade
Renew and Upgrade support cables on a wind turbine tower that had rusty weak old ones. Would also be helpful info for a new tower/cable installation. Shows connecting and sizing of cables, sizing/adding "turnbuckles" for easy cable adjustment, and shows a fun fast-motion view of raising/lowering a tilt-tower for cable replacement. Also near the end is a short "extra", showing some basic in-the-dirt backyard "Blacksmithing" work (fixing turnbuckles that were out-of-spec).
