This week on Smoke Show, Félipé St-Laurent welcomes comedian and foodie Dave Morgan for an episode that's as decadent as it is hilarious!
Together, they put their own spin on brunch with a completely wild creation: the Roteux-Béné—an unlikely cross between a hot dog and eggs Benedict.
On the menu: bacon, cheese curd sausage, crispy toast, and, most importantly, an indecent amount of homemade hollandaise sauce. Between bites (and fits of laughter), Félipé and Dave chat about food, humor, and Dave's day jobs!
