In Human Design we have 5 different energy types:
𝐏𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦, you wait for invitation in areas of you life. If your authority says yes, then you can really share your gifts. If you don't wait for an invitation, you meet resistance.
𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦 will burn themselves out if they rely on others approval & opinions to make moves. They also need more rest to refocus. They struggle with communicating their thoughts with others & are often lone wolves. They’re creatives & authority figures.
𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦 are workers. You should follow things that light you up. Enjoy life & things that make you happy & your life will be happy. You have more energy than the others. If you’re negative you generate negative.
𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦 do things very quickly & efficiently. They’re often too fast & efficient for their own good. They are sparkly & people love being around their energy. They’re also responders, so giving them a text or decision to respond to works best for communication. They don’t chase. If they do, that’s against their design & will experience resistance.
𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦 are completely open to the world & take in the definition of everybody else. You are like a mirror.
Break down who society tells you who you should be & understand when you are living as your “true self” abundance flows. ✨
