"Flowers" with honey. Recipe for this curious traditional sweet of our elders for weddings
Consuelo Blanco, in Galisteo (Cáceres), made this traditional sweet for me in 2000, popularly called florets or rosettes, for which flour, eggs, oil, water and a special iron mold were needed.
