The CrowdStrike Outage Explained | Cloud Posse Office Hours.
Approximately 8.5 million windows machines were taken down in during the recent CrowdStrike outage. George Kurts, the CEO of CrowdStrike has issued an apology for the outage and since then, many different theories on what might have caused the outage has surfaced online. Was this a small technical failure that was not picked up during development? A cyber attack covered up? Or a bigger conspiracy?
