Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning workloads tend to experience many of the same throttles on performance as HPC workloads. Penguin Computing has become quite adept over the years at eliminating these bottlenecks to improve performance. Terry Smith from Penguin explains how their collaboration with Red Hat's AI/ML team created a reference architecture for a robust, enterprise-grade analytics platform. The reference architecture features Red Hat OpenShift with Red Hat Ceph Storage in a hyper-converged configuration paired with Penguin Computing's open hardware and service expertise. Penguin Computing and Red Hat share a long history and commitment to bringing open technology solutions to their customers, as highlighted in this interview from Red Hat Summit 2019.
