I’ve been back in the lab scripting a vision for what a high-octane Cars 4 could look like! While Pixar hasn't confirmed a return to the track yet, I wanted to explore the "what-if" scenario where McQueen faces his toughest rivals yet in a world of evolving racing technology.
In my "Legacy of the Track" concept, I’ve re-contextualized racing cinematography and character fragments to build a pitch that explores the bond between McQueen and Cruz Ramirez as they defend their territory on the track. I got deep into the edit to re-cook these fragments—blending custom VFX for the neon race-tracks and my signature "Den" sound design!
