I’ve been back in the lab scripting a vision for what a high-stakes, live-action Up would actually look like! Since the original Pixar masterpiece is one of the most emotional films ever made, I wanted to see if I could translate that "whimsical adventure" into a grounded, cinematic style.
In my "Spirit of Adventure" concept, I’ve re-contextualized breathtaking South American cinematography and character fragments to build a pitch that explores the bond between Carl and Russell in a realistic world. I got deep into the edit to re-cook these fragments—blending custom VFX for the thousands of balloons and my signature "Den" sound design!

The Pitch: This is a narrative "what-if" exploring a live-action reimagining of the 2009 classic, focusing on the daring expedition to Paradise Falls.
The Yeti’s Edit: I’ve re-baked these fragments with custom visual effects (realistic balloon physics and aged character textures) and original soundscapes.
Transformative Storytelling: Every scene choice is scripted to honor the touching tribute to Ellie while showing the "realistic" scale of the wilderness.
