iQOO India will launch the new iQOO Neo 7 Pro on July 4. Ahead of the official launch, the smartphone's official design and key specifications have been revealed by the company. Firstly, the official poster reveals the iQOO Neo 7 Pro's orange colour, though there might be a black shade as well. The image shows a faux leather back, similar to the one we have seen on the iQOO 11 Legend (BMW Motorsport edition). It will also come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, which is a considerable upgrade over the Dimensity 8200 SoC on the Neo 7 5G.
In a press note, iQOO has revealed the smartphone supports 120W fast charging, though the battery capacity remains unclear. The company is promising a 50 per cent charge time in barely 8 minutes. The full charge may take less than 30 minutes. In addition, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro includes an "Independent Gaming Chip" (IG Chip) to take the "gaming experience to new heights." There's a "Motion Control" feature to let users "interact with games using intuitive phone movements."
iQOO has not revealed details about the camera, display, and other features, though an old report claims that the phone is a rebranded version of iQOO Neo 7 Racing Edition, which launched in China last year. If the speculation is true, we can expect the iQOO Neo 7 Pro to come with a 50-megapixel primary camera sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera sensor on the back. The front may include a 16-megapixel selfie camera. There could be a 6.78-inch AMOLED flat display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Other key expected features include 5G, Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13, in-display fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port for charging, dual-SIM, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, stereo speakers, and up to 16GB RAM + 256GB storage.
Naturally, the price details ahead of the official launch remain unclear. The press note by iQOO notes that there are "exciting" opportunities for consumers to win up to Rs 10,000 as Amazon Pay balance. Just search for iQOO Neo 7 Pro on Amazon and select the notify option to get the latest updates.
If we go by the specifications, the iQOO Neo 7 Pro may be priced at around Rs 45,000.
