The Mack Fire team used to work between several different software solutions and forms, and the process was inconsistent. The lack of standardization prevented them from effectively capturing gaps in customers’ fire safety systems during inspections and translating those findings into proposals within the desired 10-day timeframe.
“Consistency was our biggest issue. We had varying types of forms that our inspectors were using, and we had to go into a different program to create proposals and send them out,” says William Wells, President and Founder of Mack Fire.
