How to Add Cruise Control to 04-08 F150
Easiest way to add cruise control on a 2004-2008 F150. I have wanted cruise control on my 2006 F150 for years. I had seen that you could add the buttons pretty easily and cheaply, but I hesitated to do if for a long time because you also have to have the computer programmed.
In this video, I show you how I easily added cruise control to my 2006 F150 for less than $100 ($94 actually).
All you will need for this install is an 8mm socket, small 8mm wrench and the cruise control buttons:
