As we step into the park, we slow down and take it all in: Main Street, U.S.A. dressed in full Christmas glory, with the towering Christmas tree in the foreground and Cinderella Castle standing proudly in the distance. It’s one of those moments that instantly reminds you why the holidays at Disney feel so special.
You’ll also see Magic Kingdom from a brand-new perspective—Wandering Baby’s POV—as we walk down Main Street toward the castle. Her excited squeals and joyful shouts of “CASTLE!” make this moment pure, unfiltered Disney magic and one of the most heartfelt parts of the day.
Our very first attraction of the vacation is Mickey’s PhilharMagic, located in Fantasyland. This classic 4D show surrounds you with music, wind, scents, and splashes of water as Donald Duck dives headfirst into iconic Disney songs and scenes. It’s a perfect, low-key way to kick off the trip and soak in that timeless Disney charm.
