Laser diffuse reflection sensor is a sensor that uses laser beam and diffuse reflection principle to detect the existence, distance and position of objects. Unlike laser beam sensors, laser diffuse reflection sensors only need a device that integrates transmission and reception, and judge the characteristics of objects by detecting the reflected light of laser beam on the surface of objects.
1.After turning on the power, check whether the sensor can emit and receive laser beams normally. At this time, the sensor should output a stable signal.
2.Place the target object in front of the sensor to check whether the sensor can correctly detect the object and output the corresponding signal.
3.Perform object detection and removal tests multiple times to confirm that the sensor is working properly without false positives or false negatives
