Photoelectric diffuse reflection sensor is a sensor based on the photoelectric principle, which is widely used in the fields of object detection, automatic control and positioning. Its working principle is to emit a light beam through the transmitter. After the light beam hits the surface of the target object, part of the light will be reflected back. The sensor's receiver detects the change in the intensity of the reflected light to determine whether the object exists.

Characteristics of photoelectric diffuse reflection sensor:
Short detection distance: Compared with through-beam photoelectric sensors and reflective plate sensors, diffuse reflection sensors have a shorter detection distance because the light beam is scattered by the surface of the object and the amount of light reflected back to the sensor is less.
Simple installation: Since there is no need to align the receiver and transmitter of the reflective plate or through-beam sensor, it is more convenient to install.
Strong anti-interference ability: The scattered detection principle of light makes it have a certain anti-interference ability in complex environments.
Suitable for irregular objects: Because it is based on the reflection principle, diffuse reflection sensors can detect various irregularly shaped objects, especially those with good surface reflectivity.
