She Balanced Her Nervous System – and Healed Breast Cancer
“I knew I needed to be in homeostasis to heal. That was my main focus.”
When Shauna was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, her doctors wanted to begin treatment immediately. Faced with surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, she refused to be rushed into a decision. Instead, she went into the unknown.
Already familiar with Dr Joe’s work, Shauna understood how essential it was to regulate her emotional state. So, even before she began the meditations, and long before attending her first retreat, she began to practice feeling relaxed and calm. And she began to heal.
As she progressed in the work, Shauna looked for examples of others who had healed the same condition. And when she found a Story of Transformation that was very similar to hers, her belief grew. If that woman had healed, so could she. Shauna had witnessed the “four-minute mile” – and her own healing picked up pace. As she found the balance between her doctors’ input and her own intuition, Shauna’s scans evolved to reflect what she already knew. “Zero metabolic activity present.” The cancer was gone.
