Peter Criss, the drummer of the American hard rock band Kiss, released his first solo album titled "Peter Criss." It was one of four solo albums released by Kiss members on September 18, 1978, all under the Kiss label, along with albums by Ace Frehley, Gene Simmons, and Paul Stanley. The album was produced by Vini Poncia, who also produced Kiss's albums "Dynasty" (1979) and "Unmasked" (1980).
