Russian president makes state visit to Azerbaijan
Russian President Vladimir Putin makes a state visit to Azerbaijan on August 18-19.
The leader is expected to hold talks with Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev in Baku on Monday.
The two are set to discuss the further development of the Russian-Azerbaijani strategic partnership, as well as issues on the international and regional agenda.
The heads of state are expected to release a joint statement and sign intergovernmental documents and other agreements.
